OUR HISTORY
He started a septic service for the rural areas surrounding the counties near Joplin. My grandfather wanted to ensure that customer service was the hallmark of his business acumen. His idea: putting the needs of the customer first would lead to everything falling into place from there. He was right.
Twenty years later he saw the increasing need and demand for portable toilets in and around construction areas and then for public events. When that end of the business took off, Bill Rickey Porta Potty was formed using the same principless as the septic service.
In 1985, he and my grandmother added a new helper: myself, Steve Pearish. I stood beside my grandfather for many years and in that time I learned every corner of the business. With my fresh outlook on possibilities married with the honest customer service my grandfather was proud of, I was eventually ushered in as the next generation of the business. We've now grown into a modern Green company offering an array of options.
